I haven’t posted any photographs for a while.  Well, I got a Nikon D300 digital camera  for Christmas and I thought I’d share some of my very first pictures using digital.  I drove up to Yellowstone and bounced around in a few states going and coming.  It was mid-April. They had a late winter, and it snowed on me on the way up there.  I found out I had a lot to learn about shooting digital, but the birds and animals seemed to take mercy on me and let me get closer than usual.
